Upgrade PC to Win64 - able to copy settings over from 32 bit Windows install on same PC

We installed Windows 64 bit on a new SSD to utilize more than 4GB RAM (we were previously on 32 bit windows) - I have TransTBRO on the "old" 32 bit Windows install drive. Can I copy it over to the new 64 bit setup / the configuration files so we don't have to reconfigure everything?
